Terms of use
Scope
Work is governed by the written proposal or quote agreed with you.
Payment
Payment is made in milestones, as set out in your written quote. If a project is paused or cancelled, you pay for the work completed up to that point.
Ownership
We hand over all files and logins at launch, as set out in your written quote.
Revisions and liability
The number of revision rounds is set out in your written quote. Our liability for any project is limited to the amount you have paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
